Introduction

Canine Triple Test CPV CCV Giardia Antigen Combo Test kit is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatography. The test device has three test windows. Each test window has an invisible T (test) area and C (control) area. When the sample is applied into the sample hole on the device, the liquid will flow laterally across the surface of the sample strip. If there is sufficient cpv Ag, CCV Ag or Giardia Ag in the sample, a visible T-band will appear in the corresponding detection window. After applying a sample, the C-band should always appear, indicating a valid result. The device can accurately determine the content of CPV Ag, CCV Ag and Giardia Ag in the sample Test time: 5-10 minutes

Principle

Parvocoronavirus Giardia Rotavirus Combined Detection Kit is based on sandwich lateral flow immunolaminated chromatography. The test device has a test window for viewing test runs and reading results.The Canivet Parvo Coronovirus Giardia Combo Rapid test is based on sandwich transverse flow immunochromatographic assays. The test card has two test Windows for observing the test run and reading the results. The test window has an invisible T (test) region and C (control) region before running the detection. When the treated sample is coated into the sample hole on the device, the liquid will flow across the surface of the test strip and react with the pre-coated monoclonal antibody. If there is CPV or CCV or Jadia antigen in the specimen, a visible T line will appear. In this way, the device can accurately indicate the presence of a Parvo virus antigen or a coronavirus antigen or a Jadia antigen in the specimen.

Strage and stablity

The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.

Test Procedure

- Use a cotton Swab to collect your dog's fresh feces or vomit from the dog's anus or from the ground.

- Insert the Swab into the provided assay buffer tube. Stir it for efficient sample extraction.

- Remove the test card from the foil bag and place it horizontally.

- Aspirate the treated sample from the assay buffer tube and place 3 drops in each sample well "S" of the test device.

Interpret the results in 5-10 minutes. Results after 10 minutes are considered invalid.

INTERPRETATION OF ASSAY RESULT

- Positive (+): Whether the T line is clear or fuzzy, the "C" line and the region "T" line are present.

- Negative (-): Shows only the sharp C line. No T line.

- Invalid: no color lines in zone C. Whether the T line appears or not.
