Principle

The Ehrlichia Lyme Anaplasma Heartworm Combo Test Kit is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatography. The test card has a test window for observing the analysis operation and reading the results. Before running the test, the test window has an invisible T (test) area and C (control) area. When the processed sample is applied to each sample hole on the device, the liquid will flow laterally across the surface of the test strip, and will be combined with the pre-coated Erichbacterium, Burcella, protoplasmic recombinant antigen and heart.
