Introduction

Ehrlichiosis is a tick-borne Infectious disease of dogs, usually carried by the brown dog tick. It first gained attention as a

The Ehrlichia Anaplasma Combo EHR ANA Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of Ehrlichia canis antibodies (E.canis Ab) and Anaplasma spp. antibodies in dog's serum, plasma and whole blood specimen.

Principle

Canine EHR-ANA Ab Combo Rapid test kit is based on the sandwich method of lateral flow immunodissection. The test card has a test window to observe the analysis run and read the results. Before you run the analysis, the test window has an invisible T (test) area and a C (control) area. When the processed sample is applied to each sample hole on the unit, the liquid flows horizontally across the surface of the test strip and reacts with the pre-packaged Eric body and the non-plasma weight group antigen respectively. If there are Eric and no serum antibodies in the specimen, a visible t-line appears. Line C should always appear after the application example, which indicates that the result is valid.

In this way, the device can accurately indicate the presence of Eric and mud-free antibodies in the sample.

Strage and stablity

The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.
